Upper Saddle River Waiting List Opening
On behalf of the Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County and the Borough of Upper Saddle River, the Housing Authority of Bergen County is pleased to announce that beginning Monday June 13, 2022 9:00AM EST and closing Friday June 17, 2022 11:59PM EST pre-applications for Upper Saddle River Supportive Housing, 69 one-bedroom apartments located at 570 Route 17 North, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458 will be available online.
51 of the 69 units will be reserved for low-income seniors 55 years of age or older. 18 of the 69 units will be reserved for special need households, with a preference given to homeless veterans. Of these 18 units, 5 units will be age restricted to individuals 55 years of age and older.
Pre-applications will be available online only at http://habcnjwaitinglists.org . A random selection lottery will be conducted to select 300 applicants to be placed on the waiting list.
