The Housing Authority of Bergen County will be holding a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom

The purpose of this hearing is to allow residents, government officials and other interested parties an opportunity to comment on the draft of the 2023-24 HABC Annual PHA Plan and MTW Supplemental Plan. The Annual PHA Plans provide a ready source for of information on the Housing Authority’s plans for programs, and services, including changes to program policies, and informs HUD, families served by the PHA, and members of the public of the PHA’s mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low- income, very low- income, and extremely low- income families.

The Plan and Supplement are available on the Authority website at http://habcnj.org/policy-and-procedures or can be viewed at the Authority’s headquarters office located at One Bergen County Plaza – 2nd Floor, Hackensack. 

Comments on the Plan and Supplement will be accepted beginning Friday, December 2, 2022 through Friday, January 20, 2023.  Comment can be submitted in writing to:
