HABC COVID-19 Participant FAQs

Below are two versions of the HABC Annual Recertification packet.

Please Note:
Only for current Section 8 Tenants with an upcoming annual reexamination within 90 days

At this time and moving forward, it is preferred that all recertifications and supporting documents be submitted online. Upon clicking the online submission link, PLEASE be sure to follow all directions and choose the correct packet option based on your family dynamic.  You will also have the option to submit your packet with supporting documents.


We also understand that this is not an option  for all. You can still print and mail your documents.  However, please understand there will be delays, as retrieving documents from the office is limited at this time.

ALL Household Members OVER 18 must have their own emails.  YOU CANNOT USE THE SAME EMAIL AS THE HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD. Digital signatures are as unique as original signatures and the same person signing is illegal.  Once Head of Household fills out all docs and signs in all required places, it will prompt for the additional emails to be entered.  They must then check their own email and sign.

Your packet WILL NOT be considered complete until all household members have signed.
